Accommodating staff and new-fashioned rooms, we had an EXCELLENT experience. The hotel's position was particularly good walk from restaurants and a zoo. We appreciated the breakfast. Highly recommended for a short stay.

Hi zleep hotel, check-in was super easy with the automat at the entrance. We loved the comfortable beds! The staff member in the morning was very friendly and added a nice touch to our stay. The location is also convenient, being close to the train station.

The location of the hotel is perfect close to the high way and the total cost is very good. The breakfast could have been better. Late check-in possible even if reseption islosed.

Bathroom in room was unclean and very moldy!

We enjoyed the fantastic location near the bus terminal. The kids loved the easy access to explore the city, and we appreciated the self-check-in process, especially arriving late. The hotel was super clean.

In my kid's opinion, they wished the breakfast was included. It's a small downside, but it would have was good.

Friendly staff and nice breakfast

Staff: really friendly but nobody there when needed. Need more staff on site at all the time. - friday night was so noisy, a lot of drunk teenagers really noisy. Staff will have been handy on site to remind them that they were other customers who had pay to sleep at night. I had to get out of bed twice to ask different groups to shut up. The poor sound insulation to the corridor didn't help either.

Quite helpful staff. The overall stay was good. Value for money.

Location is near the university, rather far from city and airport. Good for business intention with the university, but rather costly for taxi trips to the city. But maybe the total amount of money spent still less comparing to the hotels in the city.

Fantastic stay with a lovely breakfast buffet and fresh salads. The location near the train and bus stations made exploring effortless. The room was clean, but a kettle would have been a nice touch. Despite the limited amenities, it's a great option for a short family getaway.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Yet, many guests were confused about check in after reception hours. The staff places the key cards in envelopes glued on the outside door, next to the check in counter. It is a little confusing if you don't know what the procedure is. Perhaps better signaling would be better, as this seems to be happening regularly. Overall, it's a great value for money, in an area near the university and highway, yet surprisingly quiet.

It's remoteness from downtown was a bit of a turn off, but buses run on schedule from just 150 meters from the hotel.

Loved the cozy vibe and the tasty dishes around Aalborg. We hit up Cafe Luna and Bistro59 for some seriously good food. The staff were super chill and friendly!

On the flip side, we had a hiccup with the check-in machine and ran into a bathroom supply issue that was a bummer. A little more attention to detail could go a long way.

Pls in future locate hotels in city center......

Good location to get to from the motorway and free parking. Comfortable and clean room. Good access to city centre via bus, bus stop just outside hotel.

No safe in room to lock up valuables.

Check-in was smooth with the automated system. Location is great, near the train station. No minibar in the room for cold drinks. Loved the clean rooms and friendly staff.

The place is like a motel, small rooms just to sleep and continue the journey.
